After a few sessions of such exercises you could made them a little difficult and after you have build a certain amount of muscular mass then you should start lifting weights, heavier and heavier with each week, and then start to use the machines. There are different machines that work different types of muscles. It is best to buy smaller and more inexpensive ones so that you can work every muscle group of your body. But if you are interested only in working out your Pectorals and you biceps’ and triceps’ then you will be good with only one machine. Still, it is better if you don’t pump only a few muscle groups of your body and build just a little bit of every muscle group you have.
